Ken was my manager when I worked in Engineering at Crompton. He was excellent. He was supportive when there was a need to find new technology for making a product. He continued his support when we discovered the customer for the product had the agenda of creating new suppliers to convert the product into a commodity. Ken kept the profitability of the company in mind when a sub business group was off to the races to build unprofitable volume. Ken is an easy and reasonable person to work for or with.

Ken has vast experience in coatings technology and he is a great person to work with on projects. He is focused and self-sufficient when we really need those qualities.
