Recommendations

Ken was my manager when I worked in Engineering at Crompton. He was excellent. He was supportive when there was a need to find new technology for making a product. He continued his support when we discovered the customer for the product had the agenda of creating new suppliers to convert the product into a commodity. Ken kept the profitability of the company in mind when a sub business group was off to the races to build unprofitable volume. Ken is an easy and reasonable person to work for or with.
